Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down tight muscles and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who suffer from chronic muscle tightness.
Myofascial Release
This is a soothing massage with no oil or lotion. This helps to detect muscle fascia restrictions and to apply the appropriate amount or pressure to promote the release of the fascia.
Aromatherapy Wrap
This technique is an exfoliating, hydrating massage. The dead skin cells are sloughed away with an exfoliating massage. Then a soothing essential oil, of your choosing, is painted over your skin. Your body is then wrapped in warm soothing linens. After a period of deep relaxation and meditation the oil is massage in gently.
Thai Yoga Massage
This massage is a combination of deep stretching, rhythmic compressions and a soft-tissue manipulation. Ideal massage for all athletes. This massage is done wearing shorts or yoga pants.
Reflexology
Having trouble with your feet can throw off other areas of the body. This massage is very soothing but so much more than just a great foot massage. This type of massage works on specific points on the feet with gentle pressure. The theory of reflexology is that certain points in your feet are linked to specific body parts and organs. You can relax with just a reflexology treatment or combine this with other massage services.
Hot Stone Massage
Is a very soothing, therapeutic massage. The smooth stones are heated to your preference and placed on and massaged over the troubled areas. The warm stones will melt tight muscles away.
Prenatal Massage
This is such a amazing time but can also take it's tole on a mother to be's body. It's very beneficial during this time to get a massage and I want to make that the most comfortable for you by using either the pregnancy pillow or a comfortable side line position.

Cupping Massage
During this therapeutic massage special cups are placed on tight and troubled areas. These suction cups then work to relax the muscles by drawing the blood to the surface, leaving red marks. This is very beneficial and promotes healing.
